Sam Ayad, Founder and Managing Director, brings over 20 years of industry experience and holds Diplomas in Building Studies and Quantity Surveying & Estimating from the Sydney Institute of Technology. Sam’s strong leadership and depth of management skills ensure every project is guided with integrity, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
